আবেদন ফরম পূরণ করতে নিম্নের নির্দেশনা মেনে চলুন:
১। তারপর Payment Slip- এ উল্লেখিত ID Number ও Access Code দিয়ে login করুন।
২। তারপর Passport সাইজের রঙিন ছবি (JPG format- এ 200x200 Pixels সর্বোচ্চ ২০০ Kb) Upload করুন।
৩। ছবি Upload শেষে Final Admission Form- এ ক্লিক করে আবেদন ফরম পূরণ করে Submit দিন।
৪। Submit শেষে Form Print Button – এ ক্লিক করুন।
৫। অবশেষে Print করে Class Teacher- এর নিকট জমা দিন।
